Personal Care, Global Reach

  • I work with clients based in the US, UK, or New Zealand, many of whom lead transnational lives - moving between countries by choice, circumstance, or opportunity. Others are more rooted in place but prefer working with a U.S.-trained clinician whose style is warm, engaged, and emotionally accessible. They find value in the continuity of a therapeutic relationship available to travel with them, providing ongoing care attuned to their evolving needs and circumstances.

My practice is intentionally small, allowing me to offer the consistency and attention that complex professional and personal circumstances require. I specialize in working with individuals and families navigating substantial responsibilities and the pressures that often accompany prominent roles - whether as caregivers, leaders, or creators. Many of my clients hold positions in business, creative fields, or public life where both stakes and scrutiny are high, and where emotional complexity can be difficult to name and even more difficult to share.

I am well-versed in the discretionary practices these circumstances may require, and I collaborate with a select network of concierge medical practices, advisors, and executive services to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.

It is a privilege to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and others who may have felt like outsiders in certain spaces or carry the weight of an identity shaped more by expectation than by choice.

Whatever your story, my aim is to offer a space where you can speak freely, be taken seriously, and supported in doing the work that matters most to you.

  • I maintain a generalist practice, working with a broad range of concerns, including:

    • Life transitions (relocation, career, relationships)

    • Anxiety, depression, burnout, and over-functioning

    • Identity exploration across culture, place, and role

    • Relationship and family complexities

    • Loss, grief, and emotional disconnection

    • Isolation, whether general or despite high-functioning or visible lives

    • Stress linked to prominent or sensitive responsibilities

    • Navigating legacy, expectations, and resilience

Care is customized to each client; some work with me briefly during transitions or decision points, while others engage in longer-term therapy as part of an ongoing process.

  • My clinical style is relational, thoughtful, and deeply engaged. Clients often describe our work as grounded and collaborative - a space that balances reflection, clarity, and the occasional well-placed laugh. I focus on creating a genuine connection where you feel truly understood and supported.

I offer a private, trusted environment where emotional nuance is welcomed rather than pathologized, and where both depth and practicality are equally valued. Together, we navigate the complexities of your experience with curiosity and care, honoring your unique story while fostering insight and resilience.

  • Structure and Approach

Due to the focused nature of my practice, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time. Sessions are private-pay, which allows me to offer consistent, highly individualized care with the flexibility and discretion many of my clients value. I am committed to confidentiality in all therapeutic relationships. Your privacy is always a top priority in our work together, and I am well-versed in the discretionary practices that complex professional circumstances may require.

I understand the considerations that accompany public profile, fiduciary responsibilities, and the need for multi-jurisdictional confidentiality standards. My practice is structured to accommodate these requirements with appropriate discretion.

    Session Format

Sessions are primarily virtual, allowing clients to maintain continuity regardless of location. I am also available to meet in person when our paths cross, as I enjoy traveling and value the connection of face-to-face work. Virtual sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect your privacy and meet the regulatory standards of the jurisdictions in which I practice.

    Scheduling and Availability

I maintain regular availability during UK daytime and evening hours (US morning and afternoon) and New Zealand morning hours (US late afternoon and evening), making sessions accessible for clients across multiple time zones. Given the international nature of my practice, I work to accommodate scheduling needs around travel, demanding professional commitments, and the realities of life across borders.
