Continuity of psychological care for internationally mobile clients is frequently disrupted by relocation and regulatory constraints rather than by clinical need. I work with individuals and families who regularly move between cities, countries, and time zones - or who live without a fixed base altogether. Their circumstances are rarely linear, and sustained care depends on a clinician who understands both the realities of their lives and the regulatory frameworks that govern practice.

My multi-jurisdictional licensure in the United Kingdom, across most U.S. states, registration in New Zealand, and EuroPsy certification allow treatment to remain legally compliant across locations without unnecessary interruption. As circumstances shift, treatment continues without re-referrals, pauses, or transitions prompted by relocation.

  • For clients who live and work across multiple countries, it is often assumed that therapy can simply continue remotely. In practice, most mental health providers are licensed in a single jurisdiction and are not authorized to practice where a client is newly located.

International mobility frequently creates a difficult choice: continuing in a regulatory gray area, pausing treatment during periods of transition, or ending an established therapeutic relationship altogether. These interruptions are rarely driven by clinical need and often arise precisely when continuity matters most.

For professionals advising clients with complex, transnational lives, the regulatory realities of cross-border mental health care are easily overlooked - until they become unavoidable.

  • I offer continuity of psychological care for clients whose lives unfold across multiple countries and regions - from London, Palm Beach, Queenstown, and beyond. Care is provided under appropriate licensure and registration in each jurisdiction. As locations change, clients continue working with the same clinician, without disruptions driven by geography or regulatory boundaries.

My practice is intentionally small, which enables me to remain engaged as circumstances shift. The emphasis is on consistency and depth over time, rather than episodic or transitional work.

Additional details regarding licensure, registration, and professional membership are available on the About page.

  • I work in concert with concierge medical practices, family offices and advisors, relocation specialists, independent educational consultants, and executive coaches. Our shared clientele require both sophisticated clinical care and absolute discretion.

When helpful and appropriate, I collaborate discreetly with referring professionals to support clarity of roles and coordinated involvement. Communication is direct, measured, and guided by the needs and preferences of the client.

I am available for consultation if you are seeking a referral option that is professionally rigorous and legally compliant for internationally mobile clients.
