Personal Care, Global Reach

I work with individuals and families whose lives span countries and time zones - people who value U.S. doctoral-level training and sophisticated clinical care delivered with absolute discretion.

For internationally mobile lives, continuity in therapeutic work has practical limits. Changes in location often mean pausing the process or starting over with a new therapist, even when the underlying work is ongoing. My licensure in the United Kingdom, across most U.S. states, registration in New Zealand, and EuroPsy certification support continuity of care across jurisdictions as circumstances change.

Whether you are relocating for work, living abroad long-term, or maintaining homes in multiple countries, our relationship remains consistent and uninterrupted.

  • I work with individuals and families navigating demanding personal and professional responsibilities - whether as caregivers, leaders, or creators. My clients hold positions in business, creative fields, or public life, where both stakes and scrutiny are high, and where emotional complexity can be difficult to name and share.

Many live and travel internationally, relocating or dividing their time across countries by choice, circumstance, or opportunity. Others remain rooted in one place, but value working with a U.S.-trained clinician whose style is warm, engaged, and direct.

My practice is intentionally small, allowing me to offer the consistency and attention that complex professional and personal circumstances require. I am accustomed to the discretion these circumstances require and, when appropriate, collaborate with trusted medical, advisory, and executive professionals to support coordinated care.

My clients include people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and others whose identities have often been shaped through adaptation to the expectations of others. Whatever your story, my aim is to offer a space where you can speak freely, and be taken seriously.

  • I maintain a generalist practice, working with a broad range of concerns, including:

    • Life transitions (relocation, career, relationships)

    • Anxiety, depression, loneliness, burnout, and over-functioning

    • Identity exploration across culture, place, and role

    • Relationship and family complexities, heartbreak, and separation

    • Loss, grief, and emotional disconnection

    • Isolation, whether circumstantial or alongside outward success

    • Stress linked to high-stakes or public-facing roles

    • Navigating legacy, expectations, and generational responsibility

Care is tailored to each client; some work with me long-term while others engage in therapy during periods of transition and decision making.

  • Clinical Style

My therapeutic style is relational, thoughtful, and deeply personalized. Clients often describe their experience as grounded and collaborative. My intention is to create a space that balances reflection, clarity, and the occasional well-placed laugh.

I offer an environment where complexity is expected, not pathologized - depth and practicality matter.

    Session Format

Sessions are primarily virtual, allowing for continuity regardless of location. I am also available to meet in person when our paths cross, as I travel regularly and value face-to-face connection.

    Scheduling and Availability

I maintain regular availability during UK daytime and evening hours (US morning and afternoon) and New Zealand morning hours (US late afternoon and evening), making sessions accessible across multiple time zones. I accommodate scheduling needs around travel and demanding commitments.

Due to the focused nature of my practice, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time. Sessions are private-pay, which allows for continuity, discretion, and flexibility.

  • Privacy

I am committed to confidentiality in all therapeutic relationships and understand the considerations that accompany public profiles, fiduciary responsibilities, and multi-jurisdictional privacy standards. Privacy and discretion are fundamental to the work.

    Professional Registration

I am a U.S.-trained clinical psychologist awarded the European Certificate in Psychology, issued by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations. Licensed in the United Kingdom, across most U.S. states, and registered in New Zealand, I provide care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards in each jurisdiction where clients are located.

In the United States, I am authorized to practice across participating states through PsyPact, which enables continuity of care for clients whose lives and work span locations.

Additional details regarding licensure and registration are available on the About page.
